Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (4-6 business days): Free for orders over £50, otherwise £3.99.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the UK. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to be updated.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
